    Indian carving technique

    Hi everybody.
I have a 1200x900 chinese cnc router that works pretty well.
I intend to make doors and furniture like those on the attached pictures.

I have the good bits and the right technique. But when I start engraving the gantry and the spindle shake and the line created on the material is distorted. I think that the spindle and the gantry are not strong enough to work on hardwood. What do you think about that ? Can you advise me ?
Is it a problem of feedrate and spindle speed ???!!!!!? I'm lost.
Some samples of my works are attached.

    HEEEELP !!

I doubt that your problems are due to feedrates or spindle speeds. Most likely, your machine just doesn't have the rigidity required to make a good cut in hardwood. When it works "pretty well", what are you cutting?

Thanks for your prompt answer. I agree with you that rigidity IS the issue. Anyway I'll try that technique with tender then see if I Can deal with it.
