    Fuji IGBT equivalent

Hi, I am looking to get a Fuji 2MBI100N-60-10 igbt but struggling to find one quickly. Can someone offer some advice on a couple of equivalents that might work please. They are listed below

    Original Fuji 2MBI100N-060-10

    Options are Fuji 2MBI100L-60

    or Lsis LUH100G603Z - https://www.datasheet4u.com/datashee...php?id=1322492

Check eBay, there are quite a few Fuji modules for sale, both new and used.

Also, Fairchild FMG2G150US60 has the same package and similar electrical specs, if you can find one.

Just a reminder - check the IGBT driver circuit before you replace the IGBT itself.

Thank you for the reply, The fairchild option again is on a long lead time to the UK. I have been looking further into the options above and neither have overcurrent protection but are very similar specs. I am not sure if its worth the risk to try one while I wait for the oem spec to arrive then replace it.

It's unusual for an IGBT module to pop without damaging its gate driver circuit(s). Are you convinced the IGBT module is the extent of the damage? How did it fail?

I second that. I used to repair welding equipment and seldom do you get away with replacing the IGBT's.....more often the not the driver circuits were blown to smithereens as well.
Try popping in a couple of el-cheapo IGBTs, say a TO247 types, and apply a VERY gentle load and try powering it up. If the drivers and everything else is OK and the device works, albeit
under such a light load....then its worth getting the IGBT modules.
