    Unhappy Have somebody Raycus software?

    Hi,
    we have 2kw raycus laser. We cutting 14mm CS and after half of year of having this machine it shows alarm at Raycus device. We don't know what is it and I don't have Raycus software to see what is it. Where can I download it? Thanks:

    Now my 1kw raycus source face a (Current Driver Alarm),just only waiting send back to china for repair,but i hope get a good way and solve it by myself
