Thanks. Although that control is essentially a Fanuc 0-C control, I am not familiar with the "Error e05 s-memory(low) parity error" that type of an alarm has always been a 'fatal' one: no machine operation could be done until the alarm was cleared.
Do you have a recent backup of the programs, parameters and diagnostics?

I was thinking 10/11/12 or 15A with the connection unit there. Some form of very early MMC or Front end interface hybrid.

Try to replace memory board only & after press+ cancel+ del button or del+rest. Hope you successfully boot O-C controller. My guess have any track is missed in memory board.

The memory chips are soldered and also socketed on the MEM BOARD, (A16B-1212-0210) There are also various other chips on that board involved in the memory area; it's likely that the problem is on that board.
What country and city are you in?

OK, I will see to have the memory card checked,
For the machine parameters, I found some old numbered paper tape, I think it's the parameters but I have no idea how to use the tape reader.

You have lost all volatile data: parameters, programs, diagnostics etc.
Turn the control ON while holding RESET and DELETE buttons;the reload parameters and diagnostics.
