Can't indicate Tool holders on daewoo lathe

This is a 1998 deawoo puma 200 lathe, Had to remove the alignment button on the turret so I could indicate the tool Holders(blocks) in, I guess the machine had been crashed hard but had been fixed, I indicated the turret face, turn tool pocket, and side, the worse i seen was .0015 is that enough to have to pull the alignment buttons to get in line? thanks for any help

Tolerable if it is below the spindle axis, unacceptable if above.
"Above" and "below" in regards of spindle rotation direction.
