First time I inspected every thing it was like you said OK, went step by step thru the manual. so I figured it was a sticky gib and went thru lube system to check for good operation. Couple days later I started machine and went to home it, noise come back and it ignored limit switches and I had to estop machine. It then would not jog off limit switch. I had to take everything off table vise and 4th axis and motor coupler housing and turn move axis by hand back over limit switch.
Tried one more time and it did same thing. I opened cabinet and at that point I could see the burned connector that I had not seen before. I thought I just missed it but now think the damage come from the last time I tried to home it.
ordered and replaced leadshine drive and all is back to normal.
