There is a few details on hook up out there if you Google, it does not seem to have a good reputation according to Mach sites etc.
Also a mention of the Manuf. not supporting it any more and seems to have skipped!
What is the 16pin IC device # next to the outputs?

BTW, there are series of Utube videos that show the installation, set-up and usage of that BOB, the videos are by BuildyourCNC.

One showed the relay hook-up for FWD REV?
There is also a wiring diagram out there that shows the input to the VFD relay in and AV1-AV2 for the analog.

This board does not have a PWM to Analog 0-10v output so it can not control the spindle speed, you can use an output to a PWM to Analog 0-10v board a Relay can be on this same Board as well for the On / Off control

A board like this or one with a Relay as well will do the job
