Hi. I have a Hitachi H-Cut 203M. Its a oldie but a goodie. It has a Alarm 403 : Deflection amount of U axis is larger than the value allowed while stopped. Does anyone know how I can fix it. The reset button cancels it for a few minutes, but unless it is running a program it comes back.

Hello. Did you solved the problem? I have some questions about this machine. Do yiu have Hitachi control system or Fanuc?

I suspect if its a machine with a 6m controller your U-Axis resolver is starting to have an issue . I would go into the paramters tell the machine its a 2 axis machine and see if the issue gose away .
