Fusion 360 and centurion 6 - unexpected movement

Anyone ever have any unplanned movements on a Centurion 6 control that are NOT obvious in the gcode?

I had a crash today when a large circle (12" or so) appeared in the middle of a program. It was not commanded in the Gcode and did not show up in Fusion360s simulation or NCviewers simulation of the posted code from fusion.
Unplanned move happened during a G3 IJ arc move ( 3D contour tool path).
This move DID show up in the Centurions controls verify feature (checked after the fact).
I suppose I need to run that on every program for now......verify is so SLOWWW on these longer toolpaths.

Also the mirrored version of this toolpath on the flip side of part did not have this anomaly show up.

Next step is going back over the changes I made to see what might have caused it - the only thing I recall that could have had effect on that part of the program was messing with Fusions smoothing settings.

    Any thoughts?

PS. I am new so go easy on me.

Try turning off trig help. It can cause problems with CAM generated programs. I've had the same problem before with fusion and centurion 5 on my partner 1. The control is trying to close a small gap in the coordinates caused by a rounding error. Thats my basic understanding of it at least.

It will be a rounding error in the I/J values that causes this, been there, done that. Always worth running the verify on the machine control to visually see the paths.

    Thanks Gents!
Disabling trig help did the trick!

Once you pointed me in the correct direction I found this thread and used ZZZZs information.

    This is a great forum!
