    Rockey4USB Key not found on Windows XP

    Hi All, I need some help. I am running CNC 16.8 on windows xp and it was working fine but all of a sudden windows got some issues and i had to re install the operating system (Repaird existing OS), since then CNC keeps saying "Key not found, insert usb or in printer port#1 0 at 16". I have tried everything i could do but no luck. USB drivers are installed properly and usb appears as USB key under device manager. Solid green light is on on the USB. please help me with this. I have attached a screenshot of the error too. Error code is: 6043-0-FE53.
