FOCAS cnc_rddynamic function in the c#

Hello, I'm stuck on something related to FOCAS function.

By using the cnc_rddynamic function in Kapware, I can get information such as positions, spindle speed, feed rate from CNC. For example if you look at the picture(figure1) below you may see that I am getting actual speed.

However, I want to use this function on visual studio with the help of C#, not on Kapware. I wrote my code by looking at the technical document as seen in the picture below. The program did not give any errors, but I always read the value 0(figure3). However, when I look with Kapware, I see some values (figure 1).

I think I'm making a logical error somewhere in the coding (figure2). Is there anyone who can help with this.

    Thanks!

What is the return code from the function call?
It it is not 0 (EW_OK) then you need to start there.
