    Need help with loopback plug for Arrow 2100 w/Servostar CD drive

    I'm looking to remove the ServostarCD drive for my 4th axis. I can remove all the wires/plugs without any issues, except for plug on C4 port (Encoder Equivalent Output). This plug goes to plug J5 on the A2100 control. Anyone have any advice on what I may need for a loopback plug? Currently I get "Unused Channel Disconnect" alarm.

    Laka, You need a J1 THRU J7 LOOPBACK CONNECTOR P/N 3-422-3514A which is documented in the A2100 Control reference manual.
    The Servo Star Drives are Digital but the encoder is converted to analog by the drive and sent to the DVx (3, 5, or 7) Servo board in the control.

    Thanks gwood. The Kilroy Corp helped me out with the plug. Sending the drive to them for repair.
