random scratches and wrinkles when generating a toolpath

    hi
i'm experiencing a frustrating problem with camworks , sometimes it randomly
generate crapy toolpath with no reason (as shown in attached photos) ,
my only option would be to create a freash new file
with the same part in it, and redoing all my cam operations exactely identical to the first file and regenate the toolpaths
to get it perfect and smooth.
before redoing all my work in a new file, i've tried everithing ,
i tried deleting the faulty operation many times and recreated it, i tried changing all different parameters with the feature,
i tried receating a different feature with new operation , but nothing will change the bad toolpath result unless i start over with a new file in solidworks
wich is time consuming and frustrating ,
please any suggestion if anyone experinced something similar
    thanks

Did you cut an actual part? Sometimes the simulated results just suck.

not just the simulated results, also when checking the toolpath in NC editor you can clearly see curly wrinkly toolpaths as shown below

I am using Solidworks 2020 but Camworks 2020 so the cam data did not open. I have noticed that unless all the service packs are in there is always a lot of issues with camworks software. That’s why I never install the software unless it is at least SP5. If you have CW2020 on your system try running the same toolpath parameters with that and if you get the same results zip and attach that file. Also in camworks options what do you have your Facet deviation and spline deviation set at? In the operation parameters on the “finish tab” what do you have the avoid allowance and mach deviation set to?

avoid allowance is set to 0
mach deviation is set to global mach deviation 0.01mm
    facet deviation 0.01mm
    spline deviation 0.03mm
