Exclamation Multicam V Series Cannot find Hard Home!!!???

I have just set up my 5x10 Multicam V Series (2020) and I am trying to find machine hard home. The gantry went to the end of the y axis and was making alot of noise and stalled. It just kept shaking and could not find the y axis... what should I do or look for?

John this is a time where you should have someone come in and properly set up and train you on the machine.

I'm pretty sure with a 2020 machine you did not get it for a song and a dance....

Please I beg you ......Have someone come in and set it up

I agree have someone help u check out the machine. It could be a sensor but might be user error. You can cause damage if you are not sure what you are doing.
