    Jumpers

Found the A06B-6047-H002 / 3 in the Fanuc 6 book. I suspect your top card is A20B-0009-0320 Ver*.
    This is an M series DC drive. H002 for OM & 5M motors, H003 for 10M & 20M motors.
    From the book:
    If connection at CN2, 4 & 5, then S20 open
    If no connection at CN2, 4 & 5, then S20 closed
Also, if a regenerative discharge unit, (External braking resistor), then S26 open
if no regenerative discharge unit, then S26 closed

Jumpers are just above the alarm LED block on the right of the card
S23 at top, S26 at bottom

S23 TCLS (enable/disable alarm for testing purposes, default open)
S22 DCAL (enable/disable alarm for testing purposes, default open)
S21 BRK (enable/disable alarm for testing purposes, default open)
S20 TOH (overheat sensor of servo transformer and / or external regen unit)
    S26 Regen type (open-external, closed-internal)

As you say, you now have the book so this should match it.

I found this becasue seemingly the 6047 VCU drives are seeming to be pretty popular amongst these installations.. I've seen a number of them mentioned here and elsewhere.. (those other two forums..)

Don't know much about the A20B-0009 cards for the top of the drive.

But I have been wondering lately about the System 6 Spindle Orient (for M19?) boards that are A20B-0008-0240, -0241, -0242, -0243 and also the Orient Board A20B-0008-0030, -0031, -0032, -0033.

Any one have documentation on these orient boards?

I also do have 0M, 5M and 10M DC servos ready for when the 6M-B2 is finished.

I even found an eBay special Spindle Servo which looks in great condition... and came with a A06B-6041 drive.

I really would like as much info as I can get about them.. particularly the set up.

I will be using the A06B-6041 and the associated spindle servo. I'm going out the shop to see more information on what I have. It just came in and I have to look at it more closely.
