My machine got a RAM PARITY error on the screen after a complete boot up in a few seconds. I see a 7-segment LED on the motherboard that goes from 1 to E. I can't diagnose the cause of the error. Thanks for helping me. Thank you. I have attached videos and pictures of the error:

Likely the ROM/RAM board is defective; else the masterboard.

Hello, i have a error similar, Ram Parity error in Fanuc 11M, about i read this are two type of ram, ram in mainboard and ram in pcb insertable in my case ROM/RAM A16B-1210-0470, question for the general the error is for damage in the chips de sram of the pcb ROM/RAM ?, If i understand well when the cnc charge, the parametrer of machine and parameter of plc of the pcb BMU are charged in the pcb ROM/RAM or are charged in the ram of mainboard ?
I should suppose what the change of ROM/RAM will correct the Parity Error and what the parameters are well ?
