    Turret does not find tool 4 T0404

    It will index to any other tool except tool 4.

    On the main screen, I can see T04 but the turret will not rotate.

    If I ask for any other tools, the turret will index without any problem, any idea.

    Sounds like you might have a short for tool 4. With the turret at say tool 1, you should have 0v DC when measuring from J13-3 (tool 1) to J13-11 (0v). Without moving the turret also measure from J13-6 (tool 4) to J13-11. If you have 0v from J13-6/J13-11 then you do have a short. There's a terminal strip inside the back of the turret, you can unhook J13-6 (T4) on first the turret side then the control board side and see which gives you 0v between J13-6 and J13-11 to determine if the short is in the cable or the turret. If it's shorting in the turret, that will be... fun...
