Good morning . What CAM program do you use to machine injection molds?

I don't personally cut molds, but my city is the moldmaking capital of North America. At one point we had 120 shops making plastic injection molds here.

What most people use here is Autodesk PowerMill. WorkNC used to be popular, but it's fading away in this area, although one of the biggest shops in town still uses it. Some of the other bigger shops use Tebis, but that's got a very steep price tag. I know of a couple of shops that use TopSolid, and one just down the road that uses MasterCAM. But I would say the most popular is PowerMill.
