Hello, i am developing postprocessor for my customer for Emco VMC100 with Emcotronic TM02 controller. We have problem with helical motions with G2 G3. When there is Z changing in block with G2 G3 machine throws error 418 WRONG CENTER COORDINATE SPECIFIED. I checked the gcode and start and end points and I and J are ok. My question is to check if anyone have sucess to run helical motions on this machine and if you can share gcode example thank you in advanced.

I'm not sure but TM control may not be able to perform helical interpolation.

...program Format would be something like G2X...Y...I...J...Z...F30. for most normal Helical moves for CNC machines.... Unknown if, your machine has Helical capability.
