    Need help or advice.

    Hello. I had such a story. I bought a Mazak QT 20 HP machine in Germany, everyone signed the contract as it should be, we paid and the seller promised to send the machine by January 8th. Now the seller does not answer the phone or mail. How to be in such a situation? Perhaps there are people here who know this company. Seller: CNC PowerTec GmbH

    Maybe they're on vacation, or under quarantine, or the machine's not ready to go.. It hasn't been that long, so you don't need to get mad quite yet; just let them know you'd like an update on the delivery as soon as possible. Most of these messages are from people who sent their money to China and were supposed to get their machines months ago; you're in a much better position.
