Hi everyone,
My controller runs NcStudio.
I have an 8 stations automatic tool changer disk. Everytime the tool disk passes between station 8 and 1 it adds 2 stations as if there were 10 stations and then takes the wrong tool number.
The controller thinks they are 10 stations.
I've set the disk tool magazine capacity (var 4503) to 8 but it doesn't change anything.
If I rotate the disc manually we can see the number going up to 10 before switching back to 1.
I have tried many things ie: Changing the tool magazine capacity (Var 4502) to 8 but then I don't see the tools on the block drill 11 and up.
