Hi All,

Lost all the machine basic parameters because turned off long days during Xmas & New year break.

Machine: Dainichi F25
Control : Fanuc OT
year : 1989

Please guide us to fix the machine If any one come across these problems in the past or if any one using the above machine holding parameters

Any Help would be much appreciated.

The fundamental problem is that apparently your battery backup failed. Check the batteries and the battery holder.

Check Electrical Door Panel and see if any Parameters there ?

Do you have a parameter backup? If you don’t you’ll need to reach out to the machine builder and see if they have one on file. To get everything running you’ll need your CNC parameters and diags at least. Check the electrical cabinet, in my experience there is typically a folder/binder with a factory printer parameter sheet that should get you up and running. If you have a digital copy of your parameters, you can edit your IO parameters and input them via RS232
