3D Bas Relief needing at least 5-axis CNC

My grandfather is turning 100 and I hired a 3D artist to design a bas relief. I only have direct access to an xyz cnc machine. I’d like to get a quote for the cost of using at least a 5-axis machine to create this relief out of wood (I will provide either rosewood or walnut). Attached is the 3D render. I am based in Charlotte, NC so closest to here would be great. Obviously willing to work with anyone further away.

Dimensions of the relief (oval) are approx: 10in x 8in x 1.5in depth

Looking for expedited processing. Please send a message with how to contact you.

It doesn't look like the undercuts are that significant in that piece. I'd suggest finding someone who could do a good job with a 3-axis machine and fine step-overs, then look at it and if you feel they're really necessary, put in any undercuts by hand.
