    Machine was already commissioned imported from china. We had to just give power supply and run the machine.

    Nothing. We only solve problem related to electrical part and mechanical part. We are not provided any resources to troubleshoot PLC related problem like programming, HMI programming. Excluding PLC and HMI we troubleshoot other electrical problem.

    I guess this emphasizes the problems when a machine is not supported by the Manuf.!
    It is even harder to try and diagnose a problem remotely.
    It seems the only recourse is to attempt to do some more reverse-engineering to find out exactly how the machine is referenced and go from there?
