I was called to load parameters to this machine. They lost them due to neglecting to replace batteries on time. A USB stick with 107 pictures of the different screens with parameters was handed to me, so I went ahead with it.

I proceeded to do the IPL procedure to start options loading until I got to the point where the machine allowed parameter entry. After entering all parameters I realized that PC Counters 1 was missing, and so were many more parameters. On the other hand there was parameter 1900 that was locked and couldn't be entered. Parameters 2221 to 2241, 2242, 2311 to 2324, 2325 to 2338, 2341 to 2354, 2355 to 2368, 2371 to 2384, 2305 to 2388 were not in the pictures either so they were not entered. There are more parameters missing.

After I completed entering what I had, machine starts until it stops at the screen shown in picture. I can still navigate between pages but control does not allow moving any axis, or change between different operating modes. I wonder if this alarm has to do with missing parameters.

Can anybody please help with a new set of parameters for this machine?

You only have the CNC parameters? What about the PMC stored under Diagnostic? You will need those too. Try calling Mori, they may have what came with the machine as it was when it was new.

PMC parameters such as data tables (1, 2, 3, etc), PC timers (1 and 2), keep relays, PC counters #2 (PC counters #1 was missing) were entered as well.

After uploading on the IPL screen you would have got a message Check limit switches at start up ?
Should be yes and move away and home the machine
