    Are OMC StepperOnline online ?

    I've bought stuff from this crowd before and they have been reliable.

    I ordered some additional cable and couplings on 4th Jan, received a Fedex shipping email on 7th Jan showing a shipping label had been created.

    And nothing since. The Fedex link shows the items have not been collected. OMC refuse to answer any emails. I've filed a complaint with PayPal.

    Has anybody else used OMC recently ? What has your experience been like ?

    Hmmm, the email I'd sent asking if I could add another item to an unshipped order had scrambled their process. They were waiting for me to pay, but they had not sent the invoice for the additional item. All resolved now.
