If you go to Aliexpress and search for these terms:

Concertina cnc bellows,
Way cover bellows,
Milling way cover,
Accordian way cover.

You'll get a few ideas and maybe even see exactly what you want. I found one suitable for my mills Y axis.

On my mill Z, anything too thick would impede travel so I modified a car window roller blind using some 0.5mm nitrile sheet. Got the idea from a video of a G0704.
Thickness not so much an issue with a router.
