    5 axis or 4 axis

    Hey I'm wondering if someone can give me some advice I'm buying a X11 syil.
    1000x500x500 work space.

    I ordered 5axis on it just cause I felt like I was spending so much money I my aswell have 5 axis.
    But looking at the setups in 3d 4axis will give me a lot more working space and save money.

    Do you guys think its worth getting 5 axis on a 125mm table? I will lose about 230mm of Z height with it... and its only about 195mm till hits table motor...

    If you don't really need 5 axes, don't bother with it. Buying a program that will write 5-axis code will likely cost more than the machine itself, however configured.
