Power Down and press and hold the P and CAN buttons while powering up. Hold till you see normal screen.

    Dear Ishingleton,
Actually machine is coming to home position and taking all the reference, but our programmer active the ATC arm and it got stuck then this error came , after that we manually close this arm and after that now after running the program 300mm - z axis give alarm, and we have not change any drive or any thing.

Check Value in Parameter 1320 0r 1321 as these should be your negative value numbers ?
After you recovered the ATC arm does it require a one manual cycle to remove interlocks ?

When machine goes into ATC condition it is going through a set routine and some of that is to limit axis movement ----------Can you send the machine to ATC position and do a tool change ?
Is there a manual sequence button ?
Confirm tool in spindle is correct one after completing first cycle
PS what actual machine is this -3 axis mill but what manufacture and is there a ATC revovery sequence ?
In the ladders you would be looking for ATC squence completed signal
