Macro for Renishaw probe to align 4th axis

    Hello fellas.

I am trying to automatize the process of measurement and adjusting on a machining part on 4th axis Haas Ec1600.

I will give you an illustration so you can visualize what is my problem.

When measuring a tube I need to machine from both sides, I need to align the angle of the tube to be parallel with spindle. When setting the article, I need to use Renishaw probe to find center of each end of the tube, in relation to the center of rotation of the 4th axis table.

I am looking for a tutorial to manage macro for this machine, which will measure each inner diameter of the tube and automatically adjust the 4th axis to put the machining tube as parallel as possible with spindle.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Marko

How accurate is the repeat accuracy when clamping?
Is the part clamped to the center of rotation?
Can you give some dimensions of the part?
