Hello all,
I have a piece of code giving me fits and stopping progress. Its a "G43.4" Tool Tip Control (Type One) O]. I am using various toolpath types inside the Mastercam Mill Turn machine definition, for a Mazak Integrex i-300. So far all my choices of parameters inside those toolpaths gives this code and the machine alarms out, Any help out here would be greatly appreciated. :drowning:

That sounds just like the G68.2 on a Makino HMC. Your mdd and control file's is probably difined a little wrong. It could be your post also. Unless your doing some true 5 axis programming you can have that tool path control turned off for now. That would get you going.

I would start looking at the Machine Application Guide. We include this to help with things like this for the pacific Machine control file.Now I am including a screen shot from a Integrex i-300 1000U but it is located in the same location in all Machine Environments. now if you do not find what you need in here. reach out to your reseller make sure you have the latest Machine file for your machine.

So you know Rick , this is not your standard machine PST and Control Def and Machine def configuration. This is a MT machine to start and he is using a Machine environment. this file contains everything in one location. review second picture taken from Code Expert that opens when machine is loaded.
