    Wood CNC advice

I am looking at fabricating custom butcher block countertops and am curious what is the most cost effective quality CNC that can cut on the X,Y and Z plane? The slabs we receive are 48"x98"x1.5". Currently we are doing it by hand and want to add custom designs and speed up the process with greater accuracy.

Hi Mr2 - 1) I think that depends on where you are on the planet. Where are you? 2) do you want to build a machine or buy one full functional? Peter
