Sieg C6 front saddle gib screws keep loosening

They keep loosening because if I overtighten the screws then the carriage gets too tight. If I tighten just enough then screws gets loose in time and by vibration because the screws never gets locked.

What would you suggest about this?

    Thanks,
    Suat

I assume your gib adjusting screws have lock-nuts - if not, then fit some! No reason for vibration to affect them then!

    Hi,

I mean these bolts. And two on the other side.

Those aren't actually the gib screws - they are screws used to hold the pieces that holds the piece that hold the gib piece in position. All a bit overly complicated!
The gib screws are adjusted from below as they push the gib upward to the underside of the bedway - the exploded parts diagram in the manuals give a better idea.
As they are just retaining screws, a dose of Loctite should stop them backing out - as an fyi, mine have never backed out in 10 years!
