After Update Gibbs doesn't cut to size

My post no longer outputs the correct size. I posted a 2 inch circle with a .375 endmill and it cut 1.875 circle. I programed to the inside so no comps should be required. But it was still too small. I could put cutter comps in but I want to program on size and add or subtract from Zero to adjust. Version 11.0 64bit

    Help Please!

What did you upgrade to there was a Post problem with one of the different versions, which did affect some people.

Just play with the Tool size to get it to cut the right size

Check the settings it the Tool is cutting from the center or from the edge of the Tool

It looks like your Default CRC selection got changed.
    Goto File:
Click on Preferences, click on Machining Prefs, then Default Mill CRC. I would select Tool Center.
