Would like to move to a spindle over my Colt router setup for several reasons. Desktop CNC noname custom built with Mach software. Works great with Colt but would like to improve with dust boot and less noise with better speed control. So, 1.5kw or 2.2kw spindle? Looking at 110v input vfd. Appreciate any insight as to which one.

1 your spindle clamp diameter ?
2 2.2kw water cooling spindle will be better ,less noise
3 Dust hood setup on spindle ,
4 most spindle is 220v from VFD .
