Toolroom mill Z axis nut stuck

Hey there, I have a fus32 milling machine and the Z axis nut and counternut are tightened against each other to the point that they're blocking the Z axis screw. On the face of the bronze nut there are 6 holes possibly for screw to screw into the counternut above it. I just bought this mill and it came without any screws. I can't seem to untighten the screw to free up my z axis. I tried heat and vicegrips. I guess I need some auto locking 1 meter grippers. I'm out of ideas, what should I do ? I have a tig weler but no bronze rods to weld splines onto it for better gripping.
