    Fanuc o-t parts counter

Purchased another used Hardinge, same control as another we have. Noticed on position page it has a working parts counter and cycle time. Anyone know how to zero out the parts counter? Don't tell me it's a parameter. Hardinge tells me there is an entire page for just the counter, I can select the number of pieces and the machine will stop cycling? Can't find anything to that effect.

I think you got to go offsetkey a couple of times and when you get to the PWE screen, press arrow down 1-2 times and you will get the part required and machined parts pages. MUst be in MDi to set new numbers here.

To zero out the parts counter (on position page) press "P" and then press "Can"
To zero out cycle time(Run Time) on position page press "R" and then press"Can"

Pressing "P" then "CAN" works like a charm, thanks.
Couldn't get to the PWE page by hitting offset button. Hardinge tek said the same thing, maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't see the PWE page.

    Yes for Fanuc 21,18

But on Fanuc O-T for enable PWE press "Param/Diag" and with "Page up" or "Page Dw." go to SETING 2 screen (in MDI mode) and set PWE to 1
Prameter no.600 is to set Number of Required Parts

Works great, thanks. no need to go to parameter 600, can change it right on the PWE page.

parameter 907 on machine with parts counter read "01011010" on the other machine with no counter it reads "01001000" , so 2 bits are changed?
It's been awhile, also forgot how to enable PWE to change paramter.

Works great! Seems like it's always been working, just not displayed. Parts counter was at 480,380.
What do you think the aux. function is?
