    Items not shipped

    I hate to do this but i am not getting a reply. I placed a order over a month ago and was told it will ship in a week. I have got one reply that it will ship soon 2 weeks ago but no reply sense then. I just need some communication my order was over $1000 order number 1000070807.

    I am sorry for the delay in shipping your order. Today we made a partial shipment. The pendant remains backordered, but should be in early next week.
