    alarm 24 overload

    I have problem alarm 24 oveload ( mazak QT 40 ). anyone who can help me.

    is it when moving spindle, on x axis movement or z axis movement? or is it always on?

    was your problem resolved? ? i have the same problem i keep getting overload 24 right before doing the tool change
