Hello from Finlandia.
My spindle drive have OC alarm ( over current). When i put enable on.
(the machine worked well, but we moved it other garage( Bad thing ). now spindle not work.)
I measured motor insulation , coil ohm, resolver etc. all ok.
My resolver was out of the machine.. must i do resolver phasing?
Spindle Motor is 5,5kw control techniques
magnetising current 14A
slip 50 rpm. 270v /18.5A
Can anybody help me to check corrent parameters my spindax drive.
now there is..
pr 7 = 4
pr9 = 100
pr13= 50
pr 28 = 35 magnetising current
pr 45 = 47

Ahonen, the resolver has to be setup correctly if you have removed it and not re installed correctly. Have you got equal voltage on all 3 phases.
