hi im just looking for a bit of information as i have looked at videos and have scratched my head to this but i have a cnc machine and now have atached a 40w laser to it for engraving and i wanted to make the plates like the picture shown but evey time i start the plates come out etched shiney. is there something im missing on the procedure as i cannot tell if these one are painted or done another way any help i would be grateful thanks attached is a picture of what im looking to achive.
