We just purchased a 2001 model TM1 and the previous owner let it sit too long and the small battery is dead. I watched a couple of videos and it appears we need a rescue flash drive. Local Haas rep says that the flash drives are not available and they need to send out a tech ($1,000) but they don't know when they will have time and would not give us an estimate of when they might send someone out. Do we have any other options than to simply wait till our local service tech feels like coming out?
