Hi, I have a Kavo 4025 HF spindle and a new set of bearings.

Maybe there are somebody with experience with changing bearings on this 4025 type and can help me with some guidance?

I struggle with opening it up from the nose side. There are 3 components (Nr.1 “Protection sleeve” (witch looks like it should be threaded on the shaft), Nr.2 “Threaded cap”, Nr.3 “Threaded ring”) all these need to be removed to be able to change the 2x front bearings. While Nr. 2 and Nr.3 are prety straight forward. I am out of ideas with Nr.1 “Protection sleeve”.
