Good Evening, I had started working with a CNC router made by Jinan Quick-Fultek CNC Machinery Co. , Ltd.
We had contacted some of there technicians from China via WeChat and also contacted the controller manufacture, SYNTEC for assistance. But, I still need help understanding the machine and its functions.

Details of the Machine:
-Machine Name: CNC Router
-Machine Manufacturer: Jinan Quick-Fultek CNC Machinery Co. , Ltd.
-Machine Model: UE Loading and Unloading (UE-491)
-CNC Model: SYNTEC 60A
-CPU Board: AM335x-H
-Machine Controller: SYNTEC
-Platform: Windows CE

My main issues revolve around the parameters of the software and the navigation of the software. Is there anyone on the forum that can help or know where I can get more information or guidance on this machine and its software? We have the manual for the machine which is very general and multiple SYNTEC manuals for the 60A model, parameters, and alarms.
