Tnc 530, axis won't move to reference,no alarm

Who can help? Machine: mag 5 axes. Control itnc 530. When the machine is turned on, the control turns on, everything looks normal on the screen. At the stage when the axes need to be sent to a reference point. Press start (square green button). Nothing happens, there is no movement of any axis. There is also no Error message. We have been trying for two days without success. Thanks for your help.

stupid question- does the feed potentiometer set for more than 0?
Does the machine have brakes on axes? Do it's symbols disappear when u try to move?
Is it possible that firs axis to move is standing on it's limit switch?
Try to move it in oposit direction manually (manual movements should be available without reference with minimal speed).
