I have a machine with fanuc 18mc controller, I want to use spindle speed (set point & actual) in pmc program. Is there a solution?

Thanks for your tips. Currently, I am using the above method to edit the pmc program, but currently I do not know the data (parameter) of the spindle speed in the pmc program. Can you help me more?

You have to grab a PMC Programming manual or get a guy who is sensei in PMC so will help you
That function will need some data to store somewhere so is not easy
i attach a page from PMC manaula where is described the function

Can you post your ladder? I assume that if the spindle speed is less than commanded speed that we want to stop the machining with an alarm. In case of a broken belt. I posted the Fanuc manual for the spindle. Read through it and you may find other answers to your problem. The spindle gets pretty deep and it's going to take some trial and error to accomplish what you are trying to do. Maybe add a switch that counts the rotation of the spindle?

Currently, it does not execute G01 codes when the spindle motor stops, but the program executes when the mechanical connection between the motor and the spindle motor is broken, causing the tool to break or collide with the workpiece.
