    6M Parameters

As a result of a RS232 program punch issue here https://www.cnczone.com/forums/fanuc/435364-forum.html I've been manually recording my machine parameters and noticed a couple of discrepancies.
What do parameter numbers 003 and 302 relate too? The machine data sheet shows 003 as 01111000 and 302 as 01100011 whereas the control shows 003 as 01111111 and 302 as 11100011
We've had this machine from new nearly 40 years ago and have never noticed or had a reason to look at these 2 parameters so have no idea why they are different to the machine supplied data sheets.

    Tanoga,
These are option parameter settings: Helical cutting, G10 input, Tape verify and more Offsets.
These don't interfere with RS232 operation.

    Re: 6M Parameters

Now that I'm able to punch from the machine I thought I'd get a parameter back up. I've managed to punch the parameters from 000 to 0731 using P-9999 but parameters 1000 to 3127 have not been punched. Can anyone offer any advice as to why these other parameters are not punching?

These cannot be transferred via serial port, but have to be recorded an manually entered.
