Red face The Circle is cut oval

    Hi
First of all, I've read similar posts and tested all the listed steps, so suggest me new tricks, please.
We have RD6442s laser cut machine. Recently we've noticed that circles aren't circles. We've tested 3 mm*3 mm circles and 10 mm * 10 mm. the odd thing is that the deviant isn't in the line of axes, it's in a line with about 50 degrees with one axe ( i didn't measure it). The start and final points are correct. Our machine was perfect previously.
    Our steps:
1- Cutting 100 mm* 100 mm square and correcting the steps ( the difference was .1 mm).
    2-Lowering the speed
    3-Downgrade the software

    Steps we haven't done:
    1-Large circles (100*100 mm).
2-changing the position of the circle.
3-cutting a series of curves instead of a circle. (a circle with many points).
    4-Reupload of the frameware.

If there is a mechanical failure such as backlash or missing steps; the start and final point weren't the same and the 100*100 mm square wasn't accurate.
We don't find any software parameter which controls the pathway on a curve.

    What do you think?

The steps per mm are set incorrect, the square is telling you that.

So, you were losing position, from binding or lost steps
