Drivers for USB6560T4V2 4 axis USBCNC under Windows 10

We purchased USB6560T4V2 4 axis USBCNC. The drivers that were included installed normally under Windows 7, but we were unable to install the drivers under Windows 10. After running CNCUSBControllerDriver.exe in the Device manager, it says "Drivers for this device are not installed." Where can I find drivers for USB6560T4V2 4 axis USBCNC under Windows 10? Thank you in advance.

USB6560T4V2 4 axis USBCNC (4 Axis USBCNC controller driver board USB port with Hand control CNC controller board) controlled by the CNC USB Controller program. How to work with USB6560T4V2 4 axis USBCNC from application programs, for example, written in Embarcadero Delphi XE programming language?

    Hi,

You have a Chinese counterfeit controller.

Many users got tricked into buying these machines. Now, while machine itself is probably a pretty solid product, there is nowhere mentioned that controller used in a control box is a Chinese counterfit of our product.

Please know that we do not support these boards and therefore we cannot be responsible for any hardware or license malfunction.

These boards are based on our first Mk1 controller which is an obsolete and not supported item.
Many of its hardware and software features are outdated and there is no software/firmware development for this product.
These controllers have small buffer and weak processor, which reflects as bad machine performance.

License that is included with such purchase is pirated and we do not allow it.

These counterfeit controllers many times change serial number(after firmware update) since hardware was cracked the wrong way. If your controller changes its serial number, this means that license will become invalid.

However license that we provide should work with these controllers and serial number of your controller should remain stable.

You can purchase original controller and/or license in our web shop:
    http://planet-cnc.com/products/

Here is a short tutorial on how to replace such clone controller with one of our original controllers:
    https://planet-cnc.com/replacing-chinese-jp-382c-board-genuine-planetcnc-mk3drv-controller/

At the end of the day we understand your struggle, you could not know what you are buying at the time.

Have you tried checking the manufacturer's website to see if they have updated drivers for Windows 10 available for download? That would be the first place I would check.

I can tell you that it's always a good idea to be cautious when purchasing software from third-party sources.

This thread "how to get windows 10 cheap reddit" can come in handy with such an issue. It's important to make sure that you're getting a legitimate and legal copy of the software to avoid any potential issues down the line.
