I'm using Clearpath motors with the enhanced option on a plasma table running ESS/Mach4. I'm trying to determine what to set the PPR to when tuning the motors?

You don't specify which Clearpath servos you have but the enhanced versions are usually 6400PPR and one can change this resolution to suit you machine and needs. When you do the tuning this is automatically taken into consideration so just let the tuning do its stuff and follow the instructions. All I can say been using Clearpaths on my DIY CNC machine for 5 years now and no issues they are just very powerful accurate servos.
